Kristine Warren, a lawyer at the law firm of Warren & Associates, P.C., in Round Rock, Texas, was admitted to the Texas bar in 2000 after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Texas Administrative Law Journal and participated in both mock trial and moot court. She currently provides legal advice and representation for issues related to business law, estate planning, and real estate. In particular, she represents small and medium sized businesses in Austin, Texas, and surrounding areas, providing services to corporate clients on business formation, preparation of corporate records, contract review and negotiations, and employee related issues.

Prior to founding Warren & Associates, P.C., Ms. Warren was a contract attorney at the law firm of Germer, Bernsen, Gertz, Beaman & Brown, L.L.P., and an associate with Anderson & Harris, LLP. She also served as a marketing consultant for both Brown McCarroll & Oaks Hartline and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, L.L.P.

Ms. Warren is a proud member of the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, Round Rock Noon Kiwanis Club, Williamson County Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, and Texas A & M Association of Former Students.
